Acquire well-located residential accommodation in areas where there is strong demand for social housing

Undertake significant capital expenditure in order to ensure properties are safe, modern and fit for purpose

Lease the newly refurbished properties to partners who house vulnerable adults and children in a broad range of categories including homelessness, asylum and supported living

Case study

In 2020 Seneca Social Housing acquired 100 residential houses to meet the specific requirement of a UK charity that was looking to lease a portfolio of well-located properties in order to provide housing to vulnerable adults in the North of England.
